Crystal city hotel….The Best Hotel in Athens

For over 15 years, I have been visiting Greece, often four times a year for an average of 85 days. During all these visits, I have stayed in many hotels, 3, 4, and even 2 stars. Some were good, some bad, but in all those 15 years, I have never stayed in a hotel li   Crystal city hotel

This hotel, Crystal city hotel, is wonderful in every way. Not only is it excellent in terms of location and proximity to the metro and public transport, but this hotel has something that no other hotel I’ve visited before has. Here at this hotel Crystal city hotel , there are wonderful people, carefully selected, each one not only doing their job, but going above and beyond

Honestly, I felt that the staff here were working with their hearts, souls, and beautiful feelings, not just doing a job. In any hotel, you might find good food, a clean place, and a reasonable price, but here in this hotel, you will feel genuine affection and complete love from every single staff member in this wonderful hotel

Upon arrival, I was supposed to check into my room at 3 pm according to the system, but I told my friend who works at the hotel that I was tired from traveling and needed to rest, and within just 15 minutes he told me the room was ready

Everyone who works at reception is truly wonderful, and each one deserves praise and a special article, but I can’t forget my friend STERGIOS HOUMPATIS,  He helped me honestly, faithfully, and sincerely when I had a problem while filming a live television program. A problem arose half an hour before filming, but he sincerely helped me, allocated a filming location for me, ensured the lighting was right, and did everything possible for my success on the show. Thank you so much.

And I can’t forget the” wonderful joy” , who did everything she could to ensure my comfort during the filming of the program, making sure everything was conducive to its success

Honestly, what Joy does at this hotel goes beyond the usual job requirements. She serves everyone with kindness and genuine dedication, as does her colleague” Marina”, who helped me a lot. When I had internet problems, Marina gave me internet from her own network. I haven’t seen that in any other hotel. They are truly wonderful brothers and sisters 

The room cleaning service at this hotel is unparalleled. Truly, what” Fotini “ and her colleagues do is exceptional. For example, Fotini speaks fluent English and serves the rooms with honesty and dedication, as if she were cleaning her own home. I truly hope the hotel management will transfer her to work in the breakfast area or any other work area, because she is truly qualified, very refined and respectful, speaks fluent English, and works diligently for the hotel

Indeed, the breakfast at the hotel is exceptional, very excellent and varied, and everyone is competing to provide the best service under the leadership of Maestro Yannis and all his wonderful colleagues

I Can’t forget her other colleagues in room service; they are all, without exception, wonderful and deserving of all respect, love, and appreciation
